Alexandrov Residence is a modern residential complex, built in year 2000. For four years it functioned successfully as a 4-a star hotel complex and currently is reconstructed into a building with residential studios and apartments. It is located in the centre of Nessebar (New Part), at a distance of 300m from the beach, with a panoramic view towards the most modern Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach. The complex has six floors, with a panoramic sunbathing area and a swimming pool on the roof, 10 apartments, 30 double rooms and 5 studios.
